Artsin Square is excited to announce its 8th virtual and online exhibition in collaboration with Art Megastar Gallery based in Los Angeles.
Titled Beyond Boundaries, this exhibition will showcase works that explore the theme of breaking limits—whether through physical space, cultural perceptions, or personal growth. Artists are encouraged to submit pieces that challenge conventional norms, push creative boundaries, or offer new perspectives on the human experience.
Application Details:
Eligible Artists
Visual Artists 18 years and older from any country are eligible to submit.
Artists are welcome to apply with works in any medium: painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, collage, photography, textile, installation, digital, video, performance, sound, and mixed media.
For video, time-based, or digital media please supply us with a link to the full video on Vimeo or YouTube for each piece as well as 3 still images from each work.
Artists or any art organizations on behalf of artists from all countries are welcome to submit.
Requirements
Artists may submit up to 10 individual works.
Artists should ensure good quality of images, 150 dpi, jpeg and no bigger than 5MB.
Artwork images must be uploaded directly to the form.
Biography should be up to 200 words written directly to the form (optional).
Important Dates:
Deadline extended: October 31st, 2024, 11:59 pm EST.
All artists will be notified of the final decision by the first week of November If your work is selected, you will receive further information at that time.
All selected work will be display online opening on the second week of November 2024 with exact dates TBA. The show runs for ONE month.
Selected Artists:
Once the deadline has passed, the ART MEGASTAR Gallery will review your submission which may take up to 10 days to review. Your work will be exhibited on our virtual online gallery for the duration of the show. It will also be archived on our website and promoted on our social media.
All selected and unselected will be notified of the results by the email .
Sales:
Artwork is encouraged to be for sale, but it is not required.
For work that is for sale, Artsin Square will handle all sales and related communication between the buyers and artists.
Artsin Square asks for a 30% commission total on any sales. Please keep this in mind when determining your prices.
Artists are responsible for packing and shipping the work. Please make sure the packaging is done in a professional manner. Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs. Artsin Square will communicate with both the artist and buyer about shipping before the sale is confirmed. Artists must agree to ship internationally if the work sells.
Artists must agree to keep the work exclusively available for this exhibition for one month. It cannot be exhibited or for sale elsewhere during the exhibition. If the work is currently consigned with another gallery, please be sure there are no conflicts of interest and that the gallery is open to cooperation, especially if the work is exhibited elsewhere during this time period.
Submission Fee
A non-refundable submission fee of USD 30.00 is required for each submission of 3 images.

Agreement
Artsin Square reserves the right to use images of the artwork on its website and social media. By submitting artwork via this call, the artist agrees to the terms outlined above. Artist retains full copyright of the work. Images will not be used by Artsin Square aside from the print issue, website, interviews, and social media posts.
