Guide to Creating Short Talks Videos
Duration and Content: Please create a video lasting 60 to 120 seconds, where you can talk about yourself, your artistic practice, and your personal statement. Short and engaging videos tend to grab more attention.
Video Format: Record the video in a vertical orientation using your phone or any other device. Find a comfortable location, such as your studio or in front of your artworks. Ensure good lighting to highlight your portrait.
Clear Voice Recording: To ensure better audio quality, you can record your voice separately using another device. Send us both the video and voice recording (optional)
Additional Materials: Feel free to send us any supplementary materials showcasing your work or studio. Use WeTransfer or any file-sharing service to send the files.
Content Tips: Answer the following questions in your video:
a) Introduce yourself and mention how many years you've been pursuing your artistic career.
b) Share your sources of inspiration for your creative work.
c) Explain the concepts and themes you explore in your artworks.
d) Discuss your preferred medium(s) and techniques.
Please send the video and all accompanying materials via WeTransfer or Google Drive to artsinsquare@gmail.com
We look forward to receiving your materials and collaborating with you on this short talk video. Thank you for your participation!
