Online Exhibition on Eve Leibe Gallery and Artsy, Curated by Artsin Square

Application Details

This online exhibition, curated by Artsin Square, will be presented virtually by Eve Leibe Gallery and showcased on Artsy.

Eligible Artists

  • Visual Artists 18 years and older from any country are eligible to submit.

  • Artists are welcome to apply with only medium: Painting, Drawing, Collage .

  • Artists or any art organizations on behalf of artists from all countries are welcome to submit.


Requirements

  • Artists may submit up to 5 individual works.

  • Artists must ensure high quality of images (Images must be of professional quality with good lighting), 150 dpi

  • jpeg and no bigger than 5MB.

  • Artwork images and CV must be uploaded directly to the form.

  • Statement must be up to 200 words written directly to the form.

  • There is no specific theme for this open call.


Important Dates:


  • Deadline: August 10th , 2022, 11:59 pm EST. Will not be Extend.

  • All artists will be notified of the final decision by August 18th. If your work is selected, you will receive further information at that time.

  • All selected work will display on Artsy and opening on end of the August, with exact dates TBA. The show runs until September 30th.

 

Selected Artists:

  • Once the deadline has passed Artsin Square will review your submission which may take up to 1 week to review, after curating selected works, they will be exhibited virtually on Eve leible gallery and showcased on Artsy for the duration of the show. It will also be archived on Artsinsquare and Eve Leibe gallery website and promoted on social media.

  • A consignment will send to selected artists that they will have to signed before the exhibition.


Sales:

  • Artworks must be for sale. 

  • Eve Leibe gallery will handle all sales and related communication between the buyers and artists.

  • Artist will get 50% of sale.

  • Artists are responsible for packing and shipping the work. Please make sure packaging is done in a professional manner.

  • Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs.

  • Eve Leibe gallery will communicate with both the artist and buyer about shipping before the sale is confirmed. Artists must agree to ship internationally if work sells.

  • Artists must agree to keep the work exclusively available for this exhibition. It cannot be exhibited or for sale elsewhere during the exhibition.

  • If the work is currently consigned with another gallery, please be sure there are no conflicts of interest and that the gallery is open to cooperation, especially if the work is exhibited elsewhere during this time period.


Submission Fee

  • A non-refundable submission fee of USD 30.00 is required for submission for 5 images.

Agreement

Artsin Square and Eve Leibe gallery reserves the right to use images of the artwork on its website and social media. By submitting artwork via this call, the artist agrees to the terms outlined above. Artist retains full copyright of the work. Images will not be used by Artsin Square aside from the print issue, website, interviews, and social media posts.
