Alysha Farling-Futterman
I am a visual artist from Victoria, BC Canada, living and working on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen peoples, and the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations.
I hold a BFA from Concordia University where I majored in drawing and painting, graduating with distinction in 2013. After graduating I shifted my focus toward sculpture.
I have shown across Canada─in Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver and Victoria─and also in Argentina. I have done multiple residencies.
I am currently learning how to balance my art practice and motherhood.
