Corinne Colpitts is a New England artist and first year MFA cand idate at Maine College of Art & Design in Portland, ME. Corinne makes paintings inspired by threatened and threatening landscapes in a time of escalating ecological degradation. She hopes to convey the building dread in these conditions as well as the beauty of the inevitable.
