Vanessa Bolinger
I am a queer artist from the southern Alberta prairies of treaty 7, currently living in Vancouver on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh nations. My interest lies in pursuing an Interdisciplinary art practice which examines familial heritage and relationship to land, through the repetitive motion and meditative qualities of drawing and sculptural metal working.
