My works are mostly a combination of organic patterns and shapes in a mystical and bizarre atmosphere. To create visual depth and strong contrasts, I use black as the base color in the analog collages. For sustainability reasons, I use as much secondhand materials as possible. In many of my works, I use clippings from discarded nature and science magazines. Nature and its evolution of infinite kinds of life and phenomena are a key source of inspiration. My analog and digital works are usually fused and inseparable. For example, when I include my own photographs. Therefore, most of the works can be described as mixed media art.

In my opinion, it makes little sense to commit to a particular style, because for me being an artist is a constant process of change. I am interested in different directions, both artistically and socio-politically. For this reason, I have completed a degree in social sciences.

As a woman who had to grow up in a very patriarchal environment plus a migration context, I experienced strong role expectations. Early on, I refused the role of the eternally caring housewife. Being a female artist means moving in a cis-male dominated world, as there is still a huge gender gap in the art market. Both as a private person and as an artist, I don't aim to be Everybody's Darling.
